Don't know who you refer to but I am (embarrassingly and unfortunately) a looong time shareholder. The reasons I don't sell are 2 fold. Stupidity (as in failure to look at and learn from history) and limited downside.

I am a shareholder and have been for 10 years. (Ok - I sold 90% of it back when the shareprice was better but I still hold 10% of my original buy)

There is only one reason shareholders are not selling their shares at the current share price..It's their belief that the share price will start to go north due to some positive action from Harcourt's management..

No, I am still holding it because it is virtually worthless.

The acquisition of Mr. Hu's company in my mind is that positive action...

HRCT has had lots of acquisitions but we all know how they turned out........
