It's hard to feel sorry for the defendants. Perhaps you can given your position and biased view but I don't and many here don't. After reading the documents I believe PXD purposely tried to screw the MOSH unitholders out of their rightful share of the property for their own financial gain. They got greedy and thought they could get away with it. If they didn't, the court will find otherwise. So far, the court believes there is something to this lawsuit. Should i now feel sorry for PXD? If Brazos was really worthless, why not turn over all of the documents without forcing MOSH's attorney go to the judge and make them turn over this information? Why have they been hiding this information for years? Surely if there was nothing to hide they would turn over these documents which could have actually prevented this lawsuit in the first place. Hell, why not just give us our 50% share back in this "worthless" property? Why risk losing billions at trial for a worthless piece of property??? HMMMMM.


JP Morgan was asleep at the wheel and just rubber stamped everything. They did not act in accordance to their fiduciary duty. Should i feel sorry for them? Should iwe all just let it go? As for Woodside, it will come out during the trial what they knew and when they knew it. If they were truly a "patsy" as you claim, then you should have faith in our legal system.


I doubt anyone is really calling for the shooting, hanging etc of the defendants in a physical sense. I believe it's more figuratively. I doubt any of it makes you sick as you claim. It's appalling that you would even try to equate what the defendants purportedly did with a few comments on a message board. PLEASE! One could claim that your actions are just as bad. You have said many times that you want to bash this down so you can get in at a cheaper price. Fortunately you have no credibility here so no one listens but what if someone actually listened to you and sold? Obviously you could care less about that person as your only intended goal is to drive the price down so you can get in at a cheaper level no matter what. Thant makes me sick. Hmmm. Sounds like you and PXD have a lot of similarities. If you are ashamed to be apart of it you can leave the board and go on your merry way.

badnews2 - Very insightful post. It is good to hear you champion the cause of "truth and nobility" in posting.

Be careful not to confuse some good natured posting fun, with true intent to do or inflict harm.

I don't think anybody wants to see physical harm visited upon these guys, but by the same token I think most DO want to see punishment meted out where due, and to the fullest extent the law sees as necessary and appropriate.

Justice served is cause for celebration, not sickness.

Wow badnewsbunny. Shooting , gutting, hanging and threats of violence??? If that is the true intent of anyone that posted such things i agree with you that it is sick. But i dont agree with your categorization of these words at all. I took it that they were using these words describing what they believe will happen to the defendants in the legal sense at trial. I didnt take those words literally in the physical sense as you did. I took it in the legal sense as some of these words were directly said in relation to what would happen at trial.
