Rainmaker, that's completely untrue about buying in too soon. There are many longtime shareholders, including myself, who have always seen SIVC as a long term play. I knew it could possibly take 5+ years for anything to happen so I accumulated shares while the company grew.
The fact of the matter is I would be sitting real, real, real, real pretty right now if they didn't do a reverse split. That just completely F'd the longs as it does with every company that does an RS. We were sitting at .0002 before the RS and there was no place to go but up from there so they could of done everything they're doing now without a reverse split. I would guarantee that bitterness would not be the word if they do another one.
I think all information has its relevancy gauge around here. It's absolutely important for new investors to know the whole story. I still have a heck of a climb to go to regain my losses and it's because of the reverse split. Why did they do it? I have no friggin' idea but those scars are deep in many investors' flesh. I pray they never get that brilliant idea again.

Rainmaker, I am Very Sad about that time as an investor into SEIH now SWVC, after all the magic was done by the company. You hit that on the head and no hiding of that.

I think there were others before, that were Very Sad about the Hippa software company SEIH got involved with, even more sad than the ones of my era. At that time SEIH was an IBDC and there was speculation that they had done some things wrong, reporting wise as a IBDC, which could of effected their changeover to a Fully Reporting Company.

That is another reason some of the old timers are not happy, since they stayed with the company and even bought more shares as the company touted they were going fully reporting and away from the BDC status they had operated under before. It was all posted on this board.

So even though some of us, bitter old timers as you put it, are still here and investing more money into what is now SIVC and venting please don't take us lightly, for if you move forward it is good to remember where you came from. Also, cautious that we are not labeled stupid for knowing the past and repeating our past behaviour as investors, if this thing turns out bad again. Go SWVC Go!
