They had over a billion shares O/S when they did the R/S. They had no funding in place except for selling shares. Don't see what other choice they had back then. They needed to raise money to close the ENHD deal. That was the make or break moment for SIVC imho. If they didn't close ENHD it might have been the end for them. Close the deal and new doors start opening to the big leagues.

Notice how within four weeks of closing ENHD someone stepped in and funded SIVC for 2008. Would they have gotten that funding if they didn't close ENHD?

I feel for you Sloth, I really do, you believed the prs that were flowing.... the r/s came out of no where, and benefited Bickel ONLY. This constant berating of the old longs here is pathetic, way off base, we only acted on what we were fed... period.

I have tons of great companies I follow that are 6 months to a year away from being ready. I don't buy in a year before they're ready. I even have one that has almost an identical model to SIVC. Found them months ago, when their time comes I'll get in that one as well.

It's not just about picking winners... it's also about knowing when to play them. 2008 is when SIVC's time to shine finally came.
