i'm sure these questions will be asked of ulrich at trial he will be unable to hide behind evasive, unclear answers. i'm sure JP Morgan is thrilled with Ulrich as they are now exposed to liability. i believe it's under an agency theory of law. Ulrich's behavior was within the context of his job and thus any impropriety will be directly imputed to JP Morgan.
