Yeah that's a good example of an ADR. Some of the world's largest foreign companies trade on the pinks. The problem with listing on the big board is that they have to be SEC reporting and follow US law. That sucks since you have your own country's law to follow. Accounting would have to be done twice to satisfy GAAP in the US. They'd also have to be Sarb-Ox compliant. It becomes too much of a bother and besides, they're trading on their own exchange anyway.
