I'll ask you a different version of your question. Put yourself in his, Dr. Misra's, Colonel Pandey's, John Schingo's and Beverly Robbin's (who hasn't filed a suit, she has no money for an attorney) shoes for a minute... You loan a company money, have deferred compensation or feel that you were fired unjustly, would you just walk away for the good of the company? Beverly was told that she would be repaid by an officer of the company and a month later she was told that her loans were illegal, how would you react to that?

In one year that company has gone from the verge of something pretty amazing to what they have today, nothing in the US and a tremendous amount of issues in Nigeria. Sorry, but just because Dr. Swift says that certain things aren't true, doesn't mean that they aren't and just because he says something is true doesn't mean it is true.

Compromise? If you've got any ideas, let him know, I'm sure he'd be happy to hear them...
