Since you seem pretty close to Pandey and have regular talks with him, what does he expect from these court proceedings. Does he realize that the company he so loves and number one priority is to help all the people with SCD that he is draining the company of much needed funds to continue operations Surly there must be some compromise on his part aside from being reinstated as CEO.
