They have stated in the past that a buyback was in their plans. they keep reminding people on the website that they have not bought back any as yet. so it seems to me they still plan on doing it. They stated up to 35% of profit will be used. its early yet. Good things are in the works IMHO

I can't tell you how, and I'm not trying to blow smoke, but I'm betting they are planning to get that PPS up by other means.
