As stated before this CC for the most part was used to voice their opinion of the ongoing legal issues regarding the former CEO, the person they removed.
The issue that seems to be in their favor is that they are running this as a business, but at this point it has been their actions that have caused the PPS to be undervalued.
When asked the questions that any normal concerned investors would ask they either disconnected or skirted around the question. By not filing they have triggered the pipes ratchet clause. ( written by SWIFT, FOR HIS FRIENDS AS HE STATED )
By not keeping the shareholders updated on a timely basis the interest in this stock dwindled = decreased PPS (Swift is in charge of all company updates)
Hey maybe I'm wrong but due to the fact that they totally alienated the shareholders and REFUSE TO TALK TO US, OR UPDATE US ON A REGULAR BASIS, OH YEAH THEY DESERVE A BREAK!
GIVE US A BREAK!
THE SHAREHOLDERS!
THAT WITHOUT US THIS COMPANY MIGHT HAVE CLOSED THEIR DOORS YEARS AGO
(I'm sure their personal friends that have invested in the PIPE have had the same news blackout)
