I realy can't answer that, however, I can say I do think he is out of his eelement or league being at the helm of Xechem. This was, by far, the most pitiful CC I have ever heard. And yes, I have heard many. I agree than some good point were made along with bad ones. The point is he put on a very ineffective CC. Defensive right out of the gate with his comments, etc. I do not think the company will do very well with him in charge.

PS. As far as looking out for our interest, who knows. But he sure is looking out for himself with that collateral...
