Well the CEO himself said the JV is more an "exposure play" and won't necessarily bring in any revenues. So translation, it won't make any significant money.

The "theft" fiasco with Groves is recent. The delays and failed projections have been going on for years. Spooztoolz was first scheduled for launch in 2006. 2008 now and no Spooztoolz release, safe to say something went wrong, no?
