You absolutely correct.
Trader...I believe you didn't attend the shareholder meeting. The JV is not ONLY an "exposure" play. It's a fringe benefit Spooz will get from the JV. As a matter of fact I spoke to a member of Spooz management regarding the JV and he wasn't talking about it as an "exposure" play. He was talking about what it could mean to Spooz and it's shareholders...a possible TREMENDOUS revenue stream.
1. Did you attend the shareholders meeting?
