"I would say it's safe to that all your money is lost (IMO). Hope you have other capital gains to write off this year."

If you believe this statement is true then shouldn't you be saying our instead of your since you're a shareholder?

You may be able to code, but you seem to have a problem comprehending what you read. It has been stated time and time again on this board that the version of SpoozToolz that was demoed at the latest SHM is DIFFERENT from what was there a year ago. There are also developers working for the company (Spooz), in house. Of course, they are being supervised by John Unwin. He's a real guy, very intelligent and very capable of doing the "rewrite" in a fairly short period of time. As a coder, you know that they probably didn't need to re-write every single line of code. The product is more than likely modular and some modules would have to be re-written while others would be left essentially the same. This is all in my opinion, NOT FACT, but an educated guess resulting from what I was able to observe at the SHM. Too bad you weren't there, you probably could have come to the same conclusions...

You didn't even read my post, did you? Not the whole thing. No way. You could not have because there is no way to have missed my clear placement of the coding responsibilities at the feet of one John Unwin. John Unwin. John Unwin is the person specifically charged.... tasked... responsible.... accomplished.... and so forth.... with the re-write. He is not some contractor. The election of new officers at the SHM included John Unwin.... Did you notice this or not? Some contractor..... like I said, they bought his company. Weren't you paying attention? Did you both miss it when it happened and when I posted concerning it? I told you that they bought him out. He is the chief cook and bottle washer on the new and improved version that was shown off at the SHM June 12th. He and Hensel were both voted in, as a matter of fact. Contractor my ass.

And another thing; what kind of idea is this one from you: "There has been nothing from the company to back up your view". What, are you echoing my ideas now and re-branding them as criticisms? Such cunning, LOL. I told you and everyone else that this was the case. The silence from the company buttressing my notions has been deafening. The idea that there needs to be buttressing from the company.... I threw that silly idea out long ago.

So what are you doing making like my idea is weakened by there not being company reinforcement that confirms and makes credible my explanations? I could not have been more clear that what I was saying was not the least bit confirmed by the company and that the ideas were worthy of discussion and thought merely because they are interesting ideas. Its called deductive reasoning... or inductive.... or some combination thereof. Its like doing detective work and trying to unearth the real story. IMHO, my explanation works pretty well, thank you very much. Has some rough edges that need lopping off here and there, but the basic design holds together fairly well, it seems to me. Thats why I thought I'd air my thoughts on the matter. I just tire of all the shrill tripe.

So I think they got tripped up by inhouse treachery. Thats it in a nutshell.... that and the lawsuit. I think they trudged on valiantly. Personally, I'm quite impressed by evidence of grit. The explanation that pictures Paul et al as liars and incompetents and so forth just rang hollow, IMHO. If this little wildcat well comes in a dry hole, I'll at least come away knowing that I've a pretty good grasp of what actually transpired. I'm remain of the opinion this may yet come in a gusher, but we'll just have to wait and see on that score.

Meantime, everybody go back to arguing amongst yourselves. This is a wildcat well and it has a JV LOI that has to be decided upon before July 31st. In a little over 3 weeks, we should know if this is boom or bust.
