Get your facts straight. The "holy grail" terminology was used by Spooz in their Spooz Blog a couple years back. I didn't coin this ridiculous claim.


And yes the litigation with former employees has conveniently popped up to keep belief despite the newest delay. But disturbingly it contradicts earlier statements from Spooz;

1. James Groves and Peng He were "asked to leave" SPZI and are now gone.

2. They were not "key employees" and they do NOT have any ownership rights to SWARM or any other SPZI software.

3. SPZI own SWARM. Spooz has sole, legal ownership of the source code of SWARM and there has been no challenges by these employees in this regard. They would have no legal rights to it in any case.

Milo,

The delays for SpoozTool2 is not associated to the delay in 141 using SWARM. I believe the delays in Spooztool2 are more likely linked to the reasons Rockmek has pointed out. As much as it pains me to say it, I believe that it is most likely true.
