IMO ... I don't see a lie in any of these three statements.

1. James Groves and Peng He were "asked to leave" SPZI and are now gone.

They were asked to leave ( fired maybe a better word )

2. They were not "key employees" and they do NOT have any ownership rights to SWARM or any other SPZI software.

They do not have any ownership rights to SWARM or other Spooz products ( hence the lawsuit )

3. SPZI own SWARM. Spooz has sole, legal ownership of the source code of SWARM and there has been no challenges by these employees in this regard. They would have no legal rights to it in any case.

Spooz does own and have all the legal ownership of all the code, Groves and Peng have no legal rights ( hence the lawsuit )

Spooz obviously didn't know at the time they were let go that these two rascals planned abscond with something that didn't belong to them.

We all know that in this country the wheels of justice turn painfully slow.

Get YOUR facts straight. The use of a term in a chat blog can't legitimately be afixed to a company.

I take issue with your implication that theft of property and the adverse financial pressure it has placed on Spooz and 141 Cap' was "convenient". Your statement is still blatantly wrong.

The 'Holy Grail' is a common term used in trading or the creation of trading systems, as you can see from this small and older article.

The Search for the Holy Grail: There Are NO Trading Secrets!

Michael Covel (March 29, 2005)When traders talk about trading system design and its pitfalls they often talk about the search for the Holy Grail. They talk about the obsession of finding one specific indicator that will guarantee them continual success in the markets. Some software packages even come with indicators that are known as the Holy Grail and this only adds to the mythology of an ultimate indicator. Unfortunately whilst all traders talk of their search for the Grail few actually understand the legend behind this search and even fewer understand its relevancy to trading. And most importantly how understanding the legend can improve trading performance.

The secret to profitable investing is to buy into well-run companies at the beginning of their earnings growth cycle—before Wall Street takes notice and bids up the stock price.
My opinions are my own. You have to decide and do what's best for you.
