I take issue with your statement and think it's blantanly false.
There are plenty of reasons your statement will be proven to be false - the least of which was recently spelled out by Imperial Whazoo (in a recent very logical , detailed post) that after having SWARM and other associated software sales compromised with the litigation of Spooz vs. Jame Grove and Peng He (Logicbox) Spooz chose to re write much of its software. This re writing at the very least delayed Spooz & 141 Cap's business plans and certainly cash flow by many , many months.
