Michael Anthony was awarded control of the FRTL shell via a proxie vote and a judges court order. He was issued preferred shares to gain controlling interest in exchange for cleaning up filings and finding a buyer for FRTL.
Those preferred shares were then purchased by Ed Laborio and Envit Capital from Michael Anthony. The change in control has already taken place.
