All I'm saying is that they have to issue shares to the new entity one way or another. The new entity should have at least 80pct of the OS. So they either have to issue 140 million shares or reverse split it 8:1 and issue 30 million.

neither one of those scenarios scares me, both are fair and just. If they go outside of that, then it gets scary. Say they issue 10 billion shares to the new entity or do a 1000-1 RS.

I just want to know what the deal is
