Where do I start? First of all, the pps of Heritage's stock is not controlled by Carol... or Ed for that matter.
HCPC gets to .0004 and turns back b/c there are many who are flipping it and stopping the momentum each time it gets to .0004.
Also, there are many on the sidelines who are waiting for it to break .0004 before they choose to jump into HCPC (basically wanting the stock to prove it can get over the .0004 hump before committing).
I am not sure what stocks you have been in, but getting fluff PR's for the sake of moving the stock price a few ticks here and there isn't a good practice, and it's a practice that Heritage hasn't bought into... to me that's a good thing.
Finally, when Heritage releases the news that it is obviously holding onto tightly so as to not ruin any deals, then I think you'll get what you are looking for here. I think you should find a way to get the company to talk to you b/c if you can do so gracefully, I think you will find that they own more Heritage stock than you are giving them credit for, and there is much more going on then you realize. This is a company that is making real estate deals, deals that can be screwed up if word gets out on a certain property. I personally want them to own the properties they speak of, so I don't want them to get into a bidding war with another entity b/c they had to appease shareholders that couldn't be patient and just had to know what was going on right this minute.
I just like to know a sheep is a sheep and a wolf is a wolf without having to take its clothes off.
