He is NOT necessarily wrong....Certain investors have agreed to finance $2 million.....They sell short before the deal is "done......they now have the shares they shorted at a much higher price than they paid for the new restricted shares...true they cannot technically sell the restricted but they have just covered their shorts...

ASK yourself this...HOW LONG WOULD HAVE GLCC WAITED TO PR THIS IF YESTERDAY THE INCREASE IN THE O/S HAD NOT BEEN POSTED HERE? imho

The Math

1) 225 million units = 225,000,000 shs
2) This translates into .0089 cents per share
3) IF they were able to sell today at current .013 ask, this = approx. 45% profit.
4) However, this is not possible for 6 months because of restriction.
5) If they believed that stock price would tank into triple .000s, why would anyone buy the units?
6) The expectation is a strong return on your investment if you buy the units.

Therefore, no panic should occur because of this.

Sure, sold at below-market rates. I guess our (GLCC NAO)management team DOESN'T believe that our stock is undervalued.

This has WRONG written all over it.
