Sifting through all the insane babble since that news release, derek4 is the first one to make sense.

They raised money (i.e. someone paid them money) for stock that they can't sell until next year.


Sounds like somebody believes in the future if this thing. They believe it to the tune of two million dollars.

If you pay less than a cent for each unit you profit if the stock price stays at one cent or more. There is no need to exercise the warrants. The warrants may be thee just to fool a stupid market that thinks the way you do.
