Two things:

If 90% of tires are already recycled, then 10% aren't. That's still alot of tires.

2, offering another alternative to tire recycling is not a bad thing. Grinding them up for football fields is not as advantageous as extracting fuel from them.

With you on all of that, KP, but still feel tubes should have been sorted by this time.There may be other issues of course.
