Thanks for the effort Speckulater. But that answer basically proves my point. It is a mystery so buy both. That is not an answer only a fudge to avoid answering it. Not really a bad solution mind you but still not an answer. Uncertainty is not good for the market. Not knowing how profit will be divided is not an insignificant question that should be blown away as something stockholders do not need to know. However we may never get the answer until both are providing annual reports and we do the math ourselves.

both stocks are a loss, don't waste money on them.

look for people posting 2 or 3 years ago. most know they got screwed. some are still hopeful but delusional.

try to get basic information like current share count. you can't -- giant red flag.
