Just curious... when looking at Level 2... when VERT is shows up constantly isnt that a sign that there is some form of dilution or consolidation for production? I ask this because VERT has been on ever bid/ask... and it seems that VERT will not let it get to 3's and stay there. So my hopes for going to 7s is diminishing.
Some people wont even touch a stock that has VERT on level-2.
