I think we from the Jupiter days can finally realize that we'll never recoup our losses. NEVER. We'll never see anything from a "Dutch Auction" (never happen anyway, like nothing ever has so far from ANYTHING they say) and the costs/hassles associated with trying to unrestrict our shares will not ever be worth it unless you own over a hundred thousand shares of restricted PAVC.
Didn't ya think thats been the plan all along. peeps get so disgusted that they finally take that loss and move on, new peeps come in and take a chance on a very low buyin....the company in effect creates a shareholder turnover with the exception of a few of us that are long...then they have much less of a historical track that is closely followed (with invested interest). They start the game again with a majority of new shareholders.
