Well... me for starters. And I think the market is effectively discounting this possibility also. I don't think a million here and there has any chance of supporting this company given they have shown no willingness to reduce their burn. The very poor upfront financial terms for their lead drug licensing deal have left them in no better financial shape than before(or even worse shape if you think how many millions they burnt while trying to consummate this latest $3m upfront deal). IMO it is clear that the market continues to assume that there will be an inevitable (and significant) dilutive financing in the near future. This upcoming PIPE, when accompanied by the coming reverse split, will be a 1-2 punch that will hit the stock price even more (I know that is hard to believe).

I can feel it too but I think it is not pushing GTC the way you think it is.
