Hello to All,
I have been a lurker on this excellent board for some time and have posted only once or twice since the last meeting. I did attend the Shareholder's Meeting yesterday (my 3rd or 4th now) and have been too busy to reply until now. Floblu encouraged me to begin posting, so here we go. I was impressed with what I heard and have little substantive to add to what has already been well stated by Floblu, Croumagnon, Jesse, Dew and a few others, who summarized the meeting highlights rather well. I would add only a few things: 1) Dr. Cox did state that Ashley Lawton's focus now was clearly on the FOB partnering opportunities; 2) I was almost taken aback when, in response to my question, Dr. Cox mentioned specific names of generics companies they had been talking to; 3) I did speak at length to Dr. Harry Meade and he related that he had been on a number of the trips to visit potential FOB partners; 4) Given what we heard yesterday, todays announcement about the fibrinogen license was a real and most welcome surprise to me.
I do enjoy attending these meetings and it was a pleasure finally meeting Floblu, Jesse and (I believe?) Croumagnon as well (just my guess here). This is a tremendous board and I applaud Dew and Floblu for all the great service they perform.
Cheers, Ken
