In the Zacks research report, he also assumed a 20 - 25% royalty rate and a P/E of 20, so that is where I got those numbers from. I think he got the high P/E of 20 from their prospect of quick growth with them only having part of the market share and room for more. I believe I have your e-mail address so I'll go ahead and forward you the Zacks research report about ACUS.

So how did you come up with $10 - $15 upon FDA approval? I post a lot on the Yahoo ACUS board and some there think $5 bucks and others more in the range of $30 - $60. I like to try and be realistic based on the numbers. Just like in Poker, I play soley based on the statistics of my hand as I am not very good at reading people.

This is a really risky stock. If they can secure a good partner that will give them an upfront payment followed by royalties and this recieves FDA approval then it will rocket and continue to go up. But if they can't get a partner, then they will be forced to start increasing the OS towards the 250 million whereby the price will drop lots more and they will enact the R/S to comply with Nasdaq standards.

It will be interesting to see what happens either way. :)

$10 - $15 dollar stock is a 20 - 30 bagger, HEY I'LL TAKE IT! Let me know what you think about the Zacks research report.
