I like 100-baggers! But your results are based on too many assumptions. Starting with 50 mln shares... Don't they intend to increase AS to 250 mln? The OS will follow (IMO). P/E=20 also sounds too high, but I haven't checked the typical sector numbers... Anyway, the key is FDA approval. 100 bagger or 20 bagger doesn't really matter. :) Ignoring boring numbers and relying just on intuition, with FDA approval this looks like $10-15 stock to me.
