I wouldn't know where to start, they might pop one day, most do at some point, just depends on what you got in at.
I wish i had some advice for you, I have made alot of mistakes. Alot of tough lessons and what i have learned has been the hard way, hasn't been cheap either.

Why do you consider ITLV dead? I'd consider a stock to be dead if it's a zombie -- no word from the company. We know that ITLV is changing its name with no reverse split. We also know that ITLV reduced its authorized to 3 billion shares.

The only question is what the hell is it now?
