Experiment to determine the origin of oils:
1.) Take one pound of bacon and boil it.
2.) Observe the formation of a layer of fats, oils, and greases on the surface of the water.
3.) Now take as much of any kind of igneous or metamorphic rock you want and boil it. Report you observations.
