Welcome AoB!

It really doesn't matter over the long term. Biggest mistake most new AIMers make is waiting. Been there, done do that! (or didn't).

Rememebr the original Lichello model (10, 8, 7, 5, 4) never went higher than the initial purchase. It is not 'BuynHold'.

That's not to say that one should intentionally buy in at a high either. Most recently, I've been using the W%r oversold indicator to signal an initial buy in on issues I've been tracking / prospecting. Time will tell if this is an effective risk avoidance strategy. Of course I will always buy more if AIM tells me to. That's why we AIM high and keep some powder dry!

Regards, Steve

Hi Todd, What's the ticker symbol for that fund? Can't seem to find one.

With that we can plug it into

http://www.stockcharts.com

and set it up for weekly data and three years duration. We can then add the Williams%R info to the graph so you can see it's relative "overbought" "oversold" condition.

Best regards, Tom

You may want to wait on this fund a while.

The Fund's investment objective is to provide long-term capital growth that is linked to the returns of the Trimark Discovery Fund by using forward contracts or other derivatives and by investing its cash cover primarily in bank deposits and money market instruments.

What does this mean to you! Ask Tom about that 2X fund that he was not able to AIM. It also used DERIVATIVES and FUTURE contracts. Beware!
