I doubt the European company has actually set a buyout price yet, since they would first have to review the full extent of GLCC's financials. At this point, they may just be expressing an "interest" for futher exploration.
Bigdogs I recall that a buyout offer was pending from the facility that has shorted this stock is that common practice? Now if they were ahort on the company why would they offer a pending buyout so as not to cover at all? Maybe I am confused I hope that this buyout that they are going to discuss is fair and the pending buying company sees great potential in GLCC
