I spoke with the ta yesterday. he confirmed the terms of the roundup, and said that rkbd is a dtc eligible security. he said he is waiting for the company to make the next move. I assume we are a long way from getting any shares.
should have asked him whether he had been the ditc ta, and an estimate of the os. may call back.
no. but i have done enough private placements, PIPES and etc. i have heard these guys that sell shells always keep shares for themselves.
the 100 at 12 wasn't me. i have my other stock in a 'retail" account and have been unable to convince them that i am long RKBD via the reorg to sell any.
