If nuisance fees are what TPL/Patriot have been getting up to now, as many think, I can live with that.

head - Now that the Quanta case is behind us we have only the USPTO review as a hurdle. Once that is passed, assuming the patents pass the test, license fees should see a dramatic increase. I don't believe the SC case will have much of an affect on PTSC/TPL in any case. We'll simply have to adjust our settlement amounts accordingly.
