Remember tho fat that the companies left to go after, while big revenue producers, aren't the giant profit cash cows. Additionally, the ones that are big money makers, can afford to go to court and IMO will. The others may settle but they will be the emerson/gerber types for $500K or so. That ain't much to live on. All imo.
