I believe the point is moot. The potential for PTSC is limited in terms of sp. Before, when the big J3 were in court there was always a belief that there would be big $$ if there was a settlement. Now that we see that wasn't the case, chances for PTSC to gain hundreds of millions of dollars is remote at best. If I were a company and was being called for infringing, I certainly would go to court and minimize my losses as much as I could. I would expect every company that TPL goes after to do the same. So except for nusiance fees, every potential payment will be a battle. That doesn't bode well for the near term, and the talk of m/a is just that. We will be staring at similar sp levels a year from now...imo.

I was hoping for an answer.

That's a start, but I don't see any indication that they all infringe. Where is Taiwan Semi on that list? The are one of the largest in the world. Actions is also absent.

It appears to be a list of manufacturers for which Chipdocs has datasheets. Not a list of MMPP infringing manufacturers.
