Audited financials , spending the time and money , even going back 3 years , uplisting requires two years , no other reason to do so unless you ready and want to uplist , Loan money end of may starts to be funded to borrower , getting their < HCPC > COMMISSION , --have the cash to operate the future , ASK CAROL about the SHARE BUYBACK , if shes serious will plan only after this commision is in the bank , looks dmn serious about uplisting though , most pk dont audit because of not enough operating cash , so hcpc has cash and getting more , ,Problem i see is the women ceo"s think authorized shares is a bank account of cash , and lie , with millions coming with commissions , hpwever seems reasonable to recover senses and actually do the buyback , or RS , prob a bs liar tho
