Easy, I agree with everything you posted and Brian said except the shareholder is completely responsible for the PPS. That cannot be an accurate statement unless the dilution stops...and stops for more than one day. Unless the dilution stops the market law of supply and demand will never be able to come into play. When UBSS sits on the ask all day long and fires out shares at .0012 all day regardless of how much is bought that does not allow shareholders to determine the value of the stock. Not a bash on your post nor a change in my outlook on the company. Just a point of fact.

Sorry but anything that comes out of Brian mouth has no credibility at this point. The fact that he said we the shareholders are responsible for the PPS while he is diluting relentlessly is an insult.

Hey, hey, hey! Easy there, EasyWay. Although I live in Texas I'm originally from the Rotten Apple, so I take umbrage to that remark. Though it may appear otherwise, we're not a-holes. Well.....not all of us anyway.(LOL)

Personally, I wouldn't believe anything anyone, that I didn't know, told me over the phone. Especially when it comes to a buck. But, forward looking statements aside, going by what Jared has publicly said the company has is a good start for a new company, and good enough for me.

Lying about potential is one thing, while lying about what is stated as fact is quite another. I seriously doubt that has happened.
