I'm sorry, but I think that the A/S for CXAC might be off a little. From what I see, it was 200 million, but it got upped on May 14th. I saw this talked about on a couple of boards today, and decided to check it out. I suppose they get time to file with the SEC, but it is filed with the Nevada Secretary of State:
