I agree tt. I might add that a new law which just recently went into effect, makes it illegal for anyone buying shares out the back door to turn around and sell them. They can only buy restricted shares, which cannot be resold for either 6 months or a year (I've forgotten which). This makes it harder to find a buyer, especially if it appears the company might not have a bright future.

TT, subtract the difference and then multiply by .001. LOL or, out the back door, as per custom, discount that by whatever %tage you feel is appropriate.
