Legally, PA and RB can still issue 100,515,517 more shares and nothing you or me can do. Can
they find a buyer? I have no idea. But all I know is, they always somehow manage to find a sucker or bagholder, if they really want to sell shares.

When you have 2.7 billion shares outstanding and get a volume of 100K or so, it tells me most shareholders are in a waiting mode, and PA, RB and CA, who are the
largest shareholders, are in hurry to do anything till PBLS legal team gives a nod. Yes, it is the legal
team that has asked PBLS management to hold off on all PR till some of the major cases are settled. This includes a PR that could have explained shareholders that they are doing this because of legal advice.
