3. Jerry Saunders, not to be repressed or sidelined, spontaneously opined with some enthusiasm that due to high speed interconnect and various other architectural achievements AMD had Intel by the short curleys (that is my interpretation of his position - I think he actually said something like '...we got em' ).

No wonder the stock took a hit this week! It is well known that there is a Pavlovian response whenever Jerry speaks...

I just downloaded HTT spec and quick scanned through the 377
pages book. To me, it is not clear why AMD got intc's b.

Anyone care to point out what is the special feature and/or patent
in HTT that INTC can't even work around??????????????????
