I know, however... I consider their position to be extremely "black" as in "Fade To Black". The point of keeping a list like that is to recognize and continue to be cognizant of how many of these stocks end up killing you if you are still in them at the wrong time. Certainly, BBC qualifies on that score.

I suppose if they ever came back to any respectability, they could be taken off the list.
