When I bought DTIC, I bought 10 shares because I can't bring myself to only buying 1 share of anything.

BofA is the broker I used to buy the share.

In fact, it took me about 2 hours to get that share. I had to change my Ask price from .09 to .15 to .25 to .30 until I finally got it.

So... perhaps someone was shorting it at .30 to sell it to me, but thats not MY fault and the company or TA should not ding me for doing so. I bought the share fair and square in the market according to the filings, I had until the Ex day to do so.

What the TA and company needs to do is go after anyone who shorted this IF as SJ says, the company OWNED all the shares before the Ex date. This will actually GET the company some money since the shorts under law are required to pay for the ENTIRE divy, R/S, F/S.
