No securities laws are going to be enforced by ripping off the dumb American by the Chinese crooks and their sleazy American co-horts.(are there EVEN any securities laws in China to protect against this??)

It's sad to see the VMC Motherboard saturated with so many of these stupid and scammy Chinese reverse-mergers. It's a reflection of our utterly f$cked up US economy though in my estimation. Not much to get excited about here in what's left of the good old USA.
