i would say he is mystified on what shares were sold cause this was a full cash swap...this was not a participation or percentage deal..in his words every share at the time was accounted for so in a call for a physical cert turn in for certs in a new company he is lost on what YOUR (THE BROKERS WHO REPRESENT YOU) are going to hand in for exchange...

to go further i find it interesting that not one broker from anyone that has posted is even listing the stock in their account as RKBD and some have even taken the shares completely out of the account....
when i would do a purchase like that they would list the new symbol and put a for example (rkbdxx) to show they know about but waiting for all the documents to clear...

and one step further is i know a lot of you do these kind of trades but how do you become a shareholder of record on these trades when they need 3 days to clear,i get forward splits cause of the price and share structure changes,but lost on these...
