why is the 6 billion a problem? are we are guessing they will dump it all in the market and kill the stock?

or are we thinking that they may need those shares to make a deal or fund a project or buy a property or offer those shares to another company or a merger or a buyout or a buyin.

the list goes on and on.

How can you be disturbed on something you know nothing about? Why not wait till the company addresses the matter and get some information before running off thats it bad or even good. You don't know as none of us do.
