to tell you the truth i am still lost on your previous statements,i am not an advisor to the company and honestly spent less than 10 minutes over the last 7-8 months with him even discussing him going public... i have a lot of friends that i know that make mistakes at their work place,just cause they are involved in the same sector as me does not mean it should not have happened and somehow i should have made sure he did not make that mistake..
i am a strong believer that most start up businesses fail because people feel there is an obligation to blood relatives or friends that honestly just become leeches and dead weight,all my business contacts are based on what is in both parties best interest and i dont hold it against any of my friends that have hired other i.r firms over the years...
again with this company i imagine we will sit down in 3 weeks and figure out where he is and what we both feel is a good move for both of us..
